Obtaining an Apostille Certificate

WE ARE AN APOSTILLE CERTIFICATE SERVICE AND ONLY UNDERTAKE NOTARY SERVICES, SCANNING SERVICES, TRANSLATIONS SERVICES ETC. IN CONJUNCTION WITH  AND SUPPORT OF APOSTILLE SERVICE ORDERS PLACED OR NEEDED TO ASSIST IF REQUESTED.

Obtaining an Apostille Certificate or an Embassy/Consulate legalisation/attestation of your Australian public or correctly notarised document/s doesn't have to be a heartbreaking challenge. We're here to help!

Plese note we are working from home  due to the current  pandemic and therefore cannot  attend to you personally at our city office. Our staff at our city office will forward to us at our home via courier any documents you may wish to drop off, but collection of processed documents from our city office is unavailable and delivery is by express post only. Our receptionists at our city office are not qualified to  offer legal  advice or assistance on procedure or costs.

Alternatively, you may deliver your document/s by express post to our Post Office Box address... which is GPO Box 1380, Canberra, 2601. Make a note of tracking number. We recommend this method of delivery.

We are working from home due to current pandemic conditions so there may be a small delay in getting back to you if necessary to contact you... which will be via email the next day.

As we are working from home,  our Public Notary is unable to perfrom face to face notary witnessing of documents and we respectively suggest you locate a working notary near your home or work for this purpose by navigating this useful website... www.notarylocator.com.au

Our notary is however, able to certify/notarise scanned copies of documents.

***IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Documents witnessed by a JP, Solicitor, Registrar of a Court, or Commissioner of Affidavits and not a Public Notary DO NOT QUALIFY for an Apostille Certificate or legalisation/attestation. Only a Public Notary...who is a world wide known and accepted functionary... can witness international documents requiring apostilles or attestations.

Also, if your document requires witnessing by a Public Notary, ensure that the Notary is aware that you intend to have the notarised document apostilled, as all pages of a multpiled page document have either to be bound together with Notary ribbon with a face page attached describing the Notary's performed function or signed and sealed on all pages. This also applies to notarised/certified copies of documents.
