Check your document
Ensure that your document is a valid, properly signed, witnessed and sealed, original Australian public document signed or sealed by an Australian government official or an Australian Public Notary whose specimen seal and signature is recorded on DFAT’s computer database to enable it to be authenticated by issue of an Apostille Certificate or Authentication Certificate.

Go to the online form
Go to either our Apostille Online Order Form; or Embassy Legalisation Order Form and complete the required fields making sure you select the correct PAYMENT OPTIONS.

Print out a copy of your form at the confirmation stage.

Complete the order and make your payment
- Credit Card Payments will then proceed to the payment gateway. Enter your payment details to finalise the order. A payment receipt will be emailed to you. Please check your spam/junk folder if not apearing in your inbox.

Send your documents
Check your printed copy’s details for accuracy, sign and enclose it with a printed copy of your payment receipt that has been automatically emailed to you after your online c/c payment was made, and deliver to us by express post to either address below together with and including the original Australian public document that you wish to have apostilled or legalised.
