EXPRESS CERTIFICATE SERVICE
We help Australian and New Zealanders, especially expats living in overseas countries, obtain certified copies of their Australian and New Zealand Birth, Death and Marriage Certificates.
Our express certificate service also includes Divorce Certificates, Certificates of No Impediment to Marriage, Single Status Certificates and Police Certificates.

Our Service Charges may be paid by money order, bank cheque, personal cheque, internet banking, or by major credit card. Click here for Payment Options.
Postage or courier expenses are extra, and, if in Australia, a self addressed, pre-paid Express Post envelope should be provided with delivery of your document. If ordering from outside Australia, a pre- paid courier envelope or voucher should be provided. If preferred, a courier charge of $60.00 might be added to the Service Charge.
To assist preserve the quality of your original document, such as a University Degree or Trade Diploma, it is respectfully recommended that a cylinder be used when delivering a document by Express Post or courier which will be returned to you with your Certificate in the same manner.
Personal delivery of your original document to our office is by appointment only.

Instructions
To instruct us it is important that you....
- First click here The Hague Convention to check whether you require an Apostille Certificate, or a formal legalisation of your original Australian public document.
- Ensure that your document is a valid, properly signed, witnessed and sealed, original Australian public document.
- Complete and submit appropriate online Order Form making sure you select the correct Payment Options.
- After submitting you online Order Form to us, download a completed copy Order Form. First check its details, then sign and enclose it with your original Australian public document for delivery to us, either by Courier, or Express Post.
- Alternatively, we invite you to attend our office personally on appointment to order your Apostille Certificate or other service. If you prefer this option, download and complete Order Form (word doc) and bring it with you to your appointment with us, together with your original Australian public document.
- We also provide notary services if your document has to be witnessed by a Notary Public. Your signature to an international document can only be witnessed by an Australian Public Notary before the issue of an apostille certificate.
