We have a Notary Public in attendance at our Sydney office from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm Monday to Friday to notarise documents and to personally accept orders for all Apostille Certificates and Embassy legalisations. We accept online and mail orders for Apostille Certificates and Embassy legalisations from overseas clients, as well as from clients who may be located in all States and Territories of Australia.We welcome instructions from NSW VIC QLD TAS WA SA ACT and NT clients. We recommend interstate orders be delivered by Express Post, and overseas orders by reliable courier.
Our services are fast and confidential. We presently have a two (2) day turnaround time for issue of APOSTILLE CERTIFICATES (from date of receipt of your document at our office to return delivery). Birth, Death, Marriage, ,Single Status, and Divorce Certificates, Powers of Attorney, notarised/certified copies of ID pages of Passports, and notarised/certified/copies of educational documents are our most frequently requested documents for notary, apostille and legalisation services generally. We are your only private online source for all Australian Apostille, Authentication and Legalisation services. We are not a government department and attend to your requirements on a personal basis. We especially welcome orders from overseas clients including Australian “expats” requiring Apostille or legalisation services. Bear in mind, Apostiile Certificates are only issued in Australia and not from overseas Australian Embassies.
