How to Order
Please read carefully... you have two options: Online Order Form or PDF Order Form.
First click here... The Hague Convention to check whether you require an Apostille Certificate, or legalisation by an Embassy or Consulate of your original Australian public document
Ensure that your document is a valid, properly signed, witnessed and sealed, original Australian public document, signed or sealed by an Australian public official
After submitting your online Order Form to us, download the completed copy ONLINE ORDER FORM
After checking its details, sign and enclose it with your payment if appropriate, and with original Australian public document
that you wish to have apostilled
You may then either courier or express post your documents to us with copy of downloaded online order form, or attend our
office on appointment to deliver to us.
Alternatively, download and complete editable PDF ORDER FORM and include with your delivery or attendance
We also provide notary services if your document needs to be witnessed by a Notary Public
Your signature to an international document can only be witnessed personally by an Australian Public Notary
